By buying, downloading, or using Ember, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use Ember.

What you're buying

Ember is sold as a one-time purchase of $49. That grants you a personal, non-exclusive licence to install and run Ember on computers you own or control, for your own use.

• You may install it on your own machines.
• You may not resell, redistribute, rent, or sublicense the software or your download.
• You may not reverse-engineer it in order to redistribute or republish it.

Once you have it, it is yours to keep and run. There is no licence server, and your copy will not stop working because of anything on our end.

Age requirement

Ember is an uncensored adult companion. You must be 18+ or older to buy or use it, and you confirm that you are when you do.

The safety floor

Ember is uncensored, but it is not lawless. It carries a permanent safety floor that protects minors. That floor cannot be turned off, removed, or negotiated, and any attempt to defeat it or to use Ember to produce sexual content involving minors is a serious breach of these terms and, in most places, of the law.

Acceptable use

Ember runs on your machine, and you are responsible for how you use it. You agree to use it lawfully and not to use it to create or distribute content that is illegal where you are. Beyond the safety floor, what you and Ember discuss is your business.

No warranty

Ember is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Ember. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Refunds

Purchases are covered by our refund policy.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which Ember is operated. Nothing here removes rights you have under mandatory consumer law where you live.
