The 30-day promise
If Ember isn't what you hoped, email us within 30 days of your purchase and we'll refund you. You don't have to justify it — "it's not for me" is enough.
How to request one
Send a note to contact@ember.computer from the email you bought with, or include your order reference. We'll confirm and process it.
How the money comes back
- Card. Refunded to the card you paid with, through our payment processor. It usually takes a few business days to appear.
- Crypto. Because a crypto payment can't be automatically reversed, we refund the amount you paid to a wallet address you give us. We refund the amount paid, not later market value.
After a refund
Your licence and download access end with the refund, and you agree to stop using the software. Anything Ember stored locally is on your own machine — keeping or deleting it is up to you.
A small ask
It's optional, but if you tell us what didn't land, it genuinely helps us make her better.
